My stay at Haad Yao Resort was a mixed bag. While the rooms were spacious and clean, I found the service to be lacking, and some staff members were quite rude. The location is fantastic, right on the beach, making it easy to enjoy the stunning views. However, the dining options could use improvement, and I was disappointed by the inconsistency in service throughout my stay.
